We are very excited to get to see you all again!
We know you've missed us and we've missed you just as much.
Things are going to be very different getting your hair done post covid and your health and safety is our top priority.
We are going to give you some guidance on how to come to our salon with all our new safety measures.
We want you to feel comfortable coming to our salon and that you feel safe when you are here, so here are our new salon guidelines for your visit.
NO WALK INS
NO CONSULTATIONS/SKIN TESTS/FRINGE TRIMS WITHOUT CALLING THE SALON TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
YOU MUST COME EXACTLY ON TIME
AS WE NEED TO VERY CAREFULLY CONTROL NUMBERS OF PEOPLE IN THE SALON AT ALL TIMES IT IS VITAL THAT YOU DON'T COME LATE OR EARLY. WE NO LONGER HAVE A WAITING AREA AT RECEPTION FOR HYGIENE REASONS, SO IF YOU ARE EARLY PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL YOUR ALLOTTED APPOINTMENT TIME. UNFORTUNATELY IF YOU ARE LATE WE CAN NO LONGER TAKE YOU.
YOU ALSO NEED TO COME ALONE AND PLEASE LEAVE NON ESSENTIAL BELONGINGS IN YOUR CAR.
YOU WILL HAVE TO WEAR A FACE MASK
WE CAN PROVIDE DISPOSABLE FACE MASKS IF YOU FORGET YOURS.
WE WILL ALSO BE IN MASKS/FACE SHIELDS
YOU MUST NOT COME IF YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC OR HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE WHO IS SYMPTOMATIC
ON ARRIVAL YOU WILL BE ASKED SOME HEALTH QUESTIONS AND
YOU WILL HAVE YOUR HANDS SANITISED AND WE WILL SANITISE OURS.
ANY PREVIOUS REGULAR APPOINTMENTS WILL NO LONGER BE VALID
DUE TO NEW STAGGERED APPOINTMENT TIMES AND NEW ROTAS ANY PREVIOUS APPOINTMENTS NO LONGER APPLY
YOU MUST CALL TO RESCHEDULE
NO MAGAZINES OR REFRESHMENTS
WE KNOW THIS IS PART OF THE SALON EXPERIENCE BUT WE DO NOT WANT ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE OR TEA AND A BOOK OR IPAD TO TRY TO REPLICATE THE NORMAL SALON EXPERIENCE
(PLEASE DO NOT COME LATE DUE TO A QUEUE AT THE COFFE SHOP! WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE YOU)
AS APPOINTMENTS ARE IN HIGH DEMAND WE CANNOT DO ANY BIG COLOUR CORRECTIONS AT THE M0MENT
YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE TO GET YOU BACK ON TRACK, WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO GET YOU BACK TO YOUR
FORMER GLORY, BUT THIS MAY TAKE MORE THAN YOUR INITIAL APPOINTMENT AND YOU MUST LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE BOX DYED
AS WE WILL NEED YOU IN AT LEAST 48HRS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TO DO COMPATIBILITY TESTS
We are awaiting screens to separate work stations, so are only using designated work stations to keep you as safe as possible during your visit.
We will be keeping blowdrying to a minimum.
There will be a £5 covid charge added to all services at this time and unfortunately we cannot offer any discounted hair services until further notice.
We cannot wait to see you all again, even though we can't sit face to face and have a big chat we will try to make it as nice an experience as possible.
